| When your kids are
young - you should play a big role in teaching them to play an instrument.
Other toddler friendly instruments are the Harmonica, Drums, Piano, Recorder
(flutophone), Xylophones, and not many more after that. The main
concern with picking an instrument for your toddler is playability
and maintenance, Guitars need tuning as do drums occasionally which
is a maintenance issue and trombones and saxophone would fall into the
playability category.
The fact is that if Sonya wasn't surrounded by people that played some sort of instrument then chances are she would not have been interested in playing any instrument, Even we mutter that "Music Inspires" in our commercial but in reality music does not inspire but people do, Help us create little musicians everywhere by donating or becoming a member... |

What else can you sing about when you're not even four? - Its best to
write about life experiences or at least stuff people can relate to.
Sonya did not have any songwriting skills other than telling
a story and strumming the guitar (that's about all it takes to write
a song), Usually the best songs are made from winging it and that's
exactly what Sonya is doing here.
