Open Tunings - Part Two

Here we will show you the Basic Chords as Tuned Open Tuning - The easiest chords to play in this Key is the Major Chords: 

<-Tuned In "Open E"

The X shown with the chords here are the Root notes of each Major chord - You can play All the Major Chords with One Finger! The Minor chords would for the Most part look alike in this tuning as well, Seeing that the Open notes show only 3 Tones, all of the Chords will look similar:

Here are the Minor Chords in "Open E"

For the Most part, you can use any F# - A - C# and it will be a F# Minor  ---- OR ----  Slide Either of the Two Shapes shown above, up or Down and it will be a Minor Chord (The F# in this example is the NAMING NOTE of this chord: F# minor) so if you moved either of the above shapes UP>>> 1 fret, then it would be a G# Minor! Now lets look at the common chords for this key at the at the first Position (or the frets between the open strings and the 5th fret)
