     Jazz is famous for changing keys which can be confusing when figuring out which chords to play and has created a massive confusion and the myth that music theory is complex... We analyze complex chords from different sources and here are some complex chords that we've resolved....

  "C minor 7th with a b5th" is very far from "C diminished 7th" -  The chart we found does not state the key that the chords are in, these kind of charts are built upon the "Key Root Note" which would analyze every chord in a Key from the root note of the Key... SO you would analyze the "D minor" starting from C....

  When you analyze every chord in the Key of C from C then it should be no big surprise that a "C minor 7th with a flattened 5th" even exists' - The correct way to analyze a chord is from the "Chords' Root", doing it THIS way you would analyze the "D minor" starting from D.....

     "R 6th sus 4th add 9th" (6sus4add9) shows the tones used as R (C) - 9 (D) - 4 (F) - 5 (G) - 6 (A) - This chord? is made up from the tones used in the "D pentatonic" scale, If your guitar is in standard tuning then you can just fret all six strings at the 10th fret and you will be playing the "C 6th suspended 4th with an added 9" -

     Five tone chords are kinda funny, sometimes they sound good and sometimes they sound terrible. The best thing to do is look at the actual tones used and not at any chord that doesn't state all the tones (R* sus2 b7th b3rd), By looking at the tones instead of shapes we have abolished several chords such as suspended and 6th chords...
