Scale Practice Worksheet - Drop D

We always encouraged people before to print out our diagrams and practice writing out the scales, now you don't have to. The idea is for you to be able to see the scale patterns on the neck of you guitar, If you can do it on our worksheet then you can do it on your guitar. You should be able to look at your guitar and see the scale patterns, the entire pattern all the way up the neck...

Just click on the diagram below in the area you want to place a note, if you "Click and Drag out" then the note will disappear. REMEMBER this is for when you tune the Big E string down to a D - "Drop D"

Don't take knowing the patterns in vain, and unless you can dot out any key don't assume that you know the patterns... Remember that the pattern starts over at the 12th fret, We hope this worksheet helps - have fun!
